Booking & Rates: By requesting a ride, you agree to our variable distance pricing, peak-hour surge multipliers, and any applicable tolls, which will be charged directly to your authorized payment method.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made more than two minutes after a driver accepts the match, or failure to show up at the designated pickup point within five minutes, will result in a standard no-show penalty fee.

User Conduct & Liability: Passengers must comply with all traffic safety laws, wear seatbelts, and assume full financial responsibility for any physical damage or cleaning fees caused to the vehicle during the trip.

Service Interruptions: We strive for prompt dispatch but are not legally liable for delays, missed appointments, or travel interruptions caused by extreme traffic, severe weather, mechanical failures, or third-party acts.

Account Termination: We reserve the absolute right to suspend or permanently ban any user account immediately for fraudulent activity, payment defaults, or abusive behavior toward our drivers.
